Meet the 2025-2026 SMPS-NY Board of Directors

New York, NY – 11/10/2025 – The Society for Marketing Professional Services New York Chapter (SMPS-NY) is proud to announce the appointment of its Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term. This dedicated group of professionals is committed to advancing the marketing and business development practices within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

President: Natasha Camarillo
Marketing Specialist at Turner Construction

Natasha is a New York City-based Marketing Specialist at Turner Construction, a leading global construction management company. With a background in sociology from the University of Miami, Natasha joined Turner in 2019, initially working in the core & shell estimating department before transitioning to the marketing department. Natasha has secured numerous pursuits and projects, including but not limited to the Battery Park City Northwest Progressive Design Build Resiliency Project and Pace University’s 1 Pace Plaza East Renovation, totaling over $2 billion. 
 
Natasha co-founded the Young Professionals Employee Resource Group for New York employees, exemplifying her dedication to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Her attention to detail, creative design process, and outgoing personality have proven invaluable to Turner and the industry. In 2022, Natasha’s exceptional contributions to the New York business unit were recognized with an employee staff award, further cementing her position as a valued asset within the company. With her passion for marketing, background in sociology, and commitment to excellence, Natasha is devoted to driving innovation and elevating Turner Construction to even greater heights. 

President-Elect/Vice President: Taylor Arias, CPSM 
Senior Marketing Coordinator at Dewberry

Taylor Arias, CPSM, is a results-driven leader with nine years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry and a deep commitment to the marketing and business development community. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator for Dewberry, she specializes in strategic proposal coordination, presentation coaching, and business development initiatives that support the firm’s northeast region. Known for her passion for helping others, Taylor is a dependable resource to her marketing team. Her passion for professional development is evident in her role spearheading the relaunch of her team's regional biennial summit in both 2022 and 2024, which featured both internal and external presenters and provided valuable learning opportunities for attendees.

Since joining the SMPS New Jersey Affiliate in 2015, she has been a dedicated committee member and became the Director of the SMPS New Jersey Affiliate committee in 2024. She demonstrates her dedication to the role and the development of its members by organizing monthly committee meetings, quarterly networking events, and virtual programs. A proven leader in volunteer governance, Taylor now serves as Chair of the SMPS 2026 Northeast Regional Conference (NERC) App Committee, a role that follows her previous committee involvement. She also served as co-chair of several committees for the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey (ACEC NJ), including her current role as Vice Chair for the ACEC NJ's Member Engagement & Belonging Committee. Taylor’s extensive experience in her professional career and her volunteer leadership roles has allowed her to guide SMPS toward a future of continued growth and member value. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in English & Textual Studies from Syracuse University and an associate's degree in business management from Eastern Gateway Community College. In 2024, she earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation.

Immediate Past President: Erika Moshkovich, CPSM 
Vice President at ELECSYS Engineering Group

 

Erika Moshkovich, CPSM is Vice President at ELECSYS Engineering Group. In this role, she develops and executes strategic marketing and business development initiatives and oversees her team’s proposal activities for the firm's practice. With nearly two decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, Erika has a proven track record in marketing, communications, and business development. Before joining ELECSYS, she led the marketing and proposal department at award-winning consulting engineering firms.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management and Pre-Law from Pace University. She is the Immediate Past President of SMPS -NY Chapter, having previously served as Director of Sponsorship. Erika is also an SMPS-accredited Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). In addition, she contributes as a member and volunteer on several committees of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) for the Greater New York City and North/Central New Jersey Chapters, where she is the Director of the Marketing/Digital/PR Committee. She is also a past SLT group member and serves as the Treasurer at her son’s elementary school. 

Treasurer: Corrine Collins 
Marketing Manager at Nelson + Pope 

  

Corrine Collins is the Marketing Manager for Nelson + Pope/Nelson Pope Voorhis, a full-service, multi-disciplined engineering, architecture, surveying, and environmental firm headquartered in Melville, NY with offices in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Throughout her career, Corrine has specialized in marketing for the AEC industry, including the development and implementation of strategic and focused marketing efforts, coordination and creation of proposals, marketing collateral, public relations initiatives, website design, identity branding, database management, and social media implementation.  

Since 2010, Corrine has been a member of SMPS-NY. She previously served as Director of Education on the board of SMPS Long Island (2011-2012), and on the Board as Director of the Long Island Affiliate (2012-2019). Most recently, Corrine is serving as the Treasurer. In this role, she will continue to work with SMPS-NY’s executive committee and the other directors to oversee the management of the financial affairs of the organization.

Secretary: Tiffany Carter

Tiffany Carter brings her deep level of experience with SMPS-NY to the 2025-2026 Board of Directors and Executive Committee. She has been involved in several committees but has most recently been active on the Board as the Director of Communications and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Tiffany's extensive involvement and deep understanding of our organization position her as an excellent fit for the role of secretary. 

Director of Communications: Ryan Watson
Marketing Coordinator & Office Manager at Jack L. Gordon Architects


For over 19 years, Ryan has served as Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager at Jack L. Gordon Architects, playing a vital role in the firm’s strategic marketing and day-to-day operations. He is committed to maintaining quality and consistency across all marketing channels. Ryan focuses on supporting the team at every level, providing both high-level marketing leadership and essential administrative support such as technical troubleshooting, scheduling, and event planning. Known for fostering a collaborative, positive office culture, Ryan thrives on helping his team succeed. Since 2023, he has been an active member of SMPS-NY, volunteering on the Communications Committee to grow his skills in social media and digital strategy.

Director of Programs: Julia Conlin, CPSM
Business Development Manager at Amaracon Testing & Inspections, LLC


Julia Conlin, CPSM is the Business Development Manager at Amaracon Testing & Inspections, LLC, a WBE and DBE Certified Special Inspections Agency and Materials Testing Laboratory headquartered in Hicksville, NY. Since joining Amaracon in 2016, Julia has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s client base and cultivating strong industry relationships. Her efforts have helped grow the company from a small team to nearly 100 employees, playing a pivotal role in its sustained success.

Julia has led the development of winning proposals for major public sector clients, including the MTA, PANYNJ, NYSCA, NYCHA, and BPCA. She is an active member of the SMPS-NY Chapter, contributing to both the Programs Committee and the DEI Committee since 2023. 

Director of Education: Natalie Molina
Business Generation & Marketing Coordinator at Turner & Townsend Inc.


Natalie is a Marketing Coordinator at Turner & Townsend and currently the Director of Education for SMPS-NY after previously serving as Chair of the Professional Development Committee. In 2023, Natalie was awarded the Professional Achievement - Rising Star Award for her active participation with SMPS-NY. Prior to joining the A/E/C industry, she worked at the United Nations in New York and holds a degree in International Affairs. 

Director of Membership: Andrea Sobocinski, CPSM, MBA
Senior Project Systems Specialist II at H2M architects + engineers


Andrea Sobocinski, CPSM, MBA, is a Senior Project Systems Specialist with H2M architects + engineers and has two decades of experience in the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) industry. With a profound expertise in data processes and customer relationship management (CRM) databases, Andrea has played a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing project and client systems throughout her career.

As a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), Andrea possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and demands of the A&E industry, allowing her to develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Her passion for data-driven decision-making has made her an invaluable asset to the organizations she has worked for and volunteered.

Beyond her technical prowess, Andrea is known for her strong leadership skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Her ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams has been instrumental in driving successful project implementations and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, whether at H2M or through her tenure as a Board of Director with Canstruction Long Island. 

As an industry veteran, Andrea Sobocinski continues to be a driving force in the A&E sector, leaving a lasting impact on the organizations she serves and contributing to the advancement of data-driven practices in project management. Her dedication, expertise, and passion for her work make her an inspiration to aspiring professionals in the field and a valuable asset to our SMPS community.

Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Maria Alarcon
Supplier Diversity Coordinator at Dewberry


Maria leads the Supplier Diversity Program at Dewberry, where she supports the firm’s efforts to advance economic opportunity for small businesses in the AEC industry. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Kean University and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. 

Prior to joining Dewberry, Maria guided contractors through the certification process and has continued to build strong partnerships that foster meaningful opportunities for diverse businesses. She looks forward to bringing this experience and commitment to her role as the SMPS-NY Director of DEI.

Director of Public Relations: Morgan Rooney, CPSM
Corporate Communications Manager at H2M architects + engineers

With over 16 years in communications, Morgan Rooney has spent the past 5 years as a Corporate Communications Manager at H2M architects + engineers. Morgan adeptly manages both internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging. Additionally, Morgan is a talented writer and editor, producing engaging corporate content for various audiences. Morgan also leads a team of five employees, guiding them to achieve communication success within the organization.

Director of Special Events: Megan Haddad
Marketing Specialist at JRM Construction Management


Megan Haddad serves as a Marketing Specialist at JRM Construction Management and has proven success in managing and optimizing end-to-end proposal processes, including coordinating with technical staff and developing tailored messaging and graphics that resonate with clients and decision-makers. She actively participates in industry events and conferences to gain market insights, cultivate relationships, and uncover new business opportunities. A results-driven marketing professional, Megan has experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects across multiple regions. 

She is skilled in developing creative strategies for prospective clients and executing impactful digital marketing initiatives. Adept at market research and communications, Megan leverages performance metrics to streamline operations, elevate brand presence, and support long-term business goals. A detail-oriented problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. She is a collaborative team player with proven multi-tasking capabilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. 

Director of Long Island Affiliate: Liz Kupcha, CPSM
President at Kupcha Marketing Services


Liz Kupcha has over 30 years of marketing experience in the design and construction industries. Her wide range of responsibilities have included but are not limited to proposal management, client relations, publicity campaigns, and event planning. After spending 15 years working in-house for various architectural, engineering and construction firms, she established her own consulting practice.

Kupcha Marketing Services provides proposal and presentation support for various design and construction firms. The firm is certified as an MWDSBE and has participated on various public sector projects with various NYC & NYC agencies including the NYC Department of Small Business Services, NYC Economic Development Corporation, the City University of New York, PSEG Long Island and Empire State Development.

 Liz has been an active member of SMPS since 1997. Her involvement has included various committee and Board positions on the NYC Chapter including public relations, communications, membership, programs, special events, leadership, Senior Advisory Roundtable and mentorship. In addition, Liz has been involved on the following National committees: Education, Marketing Communications Awards and the Human Experience in Business.

Director of Westchester & Hudson Valley Affiliate: Carly Dantschisch 
Senior Marketing Specialist at VHB


As a Senior Marketing Specialist at VHB with 13 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Carly has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with marketing professional services. With a Bachelor's degree in history, she brings a unique perspective to her work, combining a passion for storytelling with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy. 

Throughout her career, Carly has created compelling content, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and driving measurable results. She is committed to delivering exceptional results and helping her clients succeed.

Director of New Jersey Affiliate: Dhara Kanakia
Marketing Director at Trinity Consultants

With over 20 years in the A/E/C industry, Dhara Kanakia is a marketing leader passionate about building cohesive brands and purposeful marketing initiatives. As Marketing Director at Trinity Consultants Built Environment, she drives strategic marketing, brand alignment, and cross-regional collaboration. Her expertise spans brand development, RFP process optimization, leadership and communication training, and digital marketing.

Prior to Trinity, Dhara held senior marketing roles at STO Building Group, Pavarini Construction, STV, and Shenoy Engineering, where she led high-impact marketing and business development efforts. She is dedicated to connecting strategy, creativity, and collaboration to strengthen both brand and culture.

Chapter Champion: Julie Pampuch
Managing Principal at WB Engineers+Consultants


Julie Pampuch is a storyteller – telling the stories that drive business for WB Engineers+Consultants over the past 20 years. She didn’t intend to pursue a career at an engineering company (travel writing was her original plan) but the career she found at WB has been the very best of opportunities. It has meant leading the MarComm and Business Development team on strategy, creative campaigns, proposals, our CRM, internal and external communication, client experience, and everything in between. Most of all, it has meant working with the best team in the business. Julie is a Managing Principal, a Cornell alum, and a marathon runner.
