In celebration of Women’s History Month, SMPS-NY hosted an unforgettable evening for Connect & Lead: Women in Marketing & Business Development. It wasn’t just a sold-out event—it was a masterclass in navigating the industry with grit and grace 💼💫
Moderated by our wonderful Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Maria Alarcon, the panel featured five powerhouse voices: Ivoire Lloyd (EXP), Alycia Timms (Gensler), Natalie Molina (Turner & Townsend), Catherine Morgan (Dewberry), and Dr. Kia Sutton (Infrastructure Engineering Inc.). Rather than just listing milestones, these leaders shared incredible industry nuggets and opened up about their struggles and the pivotal moments that shaped their careers 🌟
