The SMPS-NY New Jersey Affiliate is excited to invite you to our upcoming New Jersey Knowledge Exchange on September 24, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, hosted at Dewberry in Parsippany, NJ.

This event brings together marketing and business development professionals from architecture, engineering, construction, and specialty consultant/vendor firms - creating the perfect environment to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones!

The evening will kick off with a panel discussion on how to make the most of one’s professional development plans moderated by Monica Griffith, Senior Associate and Marketing Director of Gensler, with panelists Kimberly Graham, CPSM, Director of Marketing of RSC Architects and Jen Mannino, Assistant Vice President - Marketing of LAN Associates,  followed by an open Q&A portion to discuss best practices and thoughts from attendees' own experiences, with 0.5 CEU available for CPSM.

Moderator: 
Monica Griffith, Senior Associate and Marketing Director, Gensler
Monica Griffith is a Senior Associate and Marketing Director for Gensler’s Morristown office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. She partners closely with office leadership, including principals, directors, and design managers, to strategically position Gensler in New Jersey’s commercial real estate market through targeted marketing, business development, and client engagement initiatives. In her role, Monica collaborates with client relationship leaders and regional teams to identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive strategic growth. She also works alongside Gensler’s Sciences Practice Area leaders to support the continued expansion of this thriving sector.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Monica serves as a co-facilitator of gConnect, Gensler’s leadership development program that equips emerging professionals with marketing and business development skills, including lead tracking, client relationship management, and strategic pursuit planning. She has also been involved in several office initiatives, including the Morristown Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Mentoring Committee. Most recently, Monica contributed to a Gensler Research Institute grant focused on “Equitable Urbanism: Closing the Racial Wealth Gap in Our Cities,” exploring strategies to advance more equitable and inclusive urban development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Journalism from The College of New Jersey.

Panelists:
Kimberly Graham, CPSM, Director of Marketing, RSC Architects
Kimberly Graham has spent the last sixteen years refining her marketing skills in the A/E/C industry at both mid-size and international architecture and engineering firms. She serves as the Director of Marketing at RSC Architects, where she leads strategic pursuits, builds brand awareness, champions marketing best practices, and manages the firm’s marketing efforts. Kimberly is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services’ New York Chapter. She served as the New Jersey Affiliate Director and SMPS-NY Board of Directors member from 2021-2022, building membership, curating thought-provoking educational programming, and planning networking functions. She is also a frequent participant in the New York Chapter’s mentorship program. 

Kimberly earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification in 2023, a designation held by 1,000+ marketers, which denotes her knowledge in marketing research, planning, business development, proposals, promotional activities, and management. 

Jen Mannino, Assistant Vice President and Head of Marketing, LAN Associates
As Assistant Vice President and Head of Marketing at LAN Associates, Jen leads the firm’s marketing and business development strategy within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. She oversees all aspects of the marketing department, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives, directs high-level proposal strategy and development, and drives strategic growth planning to position the firm for continued success. Passionate about leadership and advocacy, she also champions employee engagement by guiding the LAN Women’s Network, Young Professional Group, and Mentorship Program. Jen is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services’ New York Chapter and actively involved in the New Jersey Affiliate committee. She serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the YWCA of Northern New Jersey.
